At Coltellerie Berti in Scarperia (FI) each knife is produced by the hands of one craftsman, the same person. Whoever starts it, finishes it.

This is the essence of the Berti Family's Artisan Method, which since 1895 has maintained the joy of owning a true artisan knife in the wake of the most authentic Tradition, and the work in a truly human condition.

And it is to state this strongly that each Berti knife bears engraved on the blade the initials of the craftsman who produced it.
