Made out of 5/16 "thick 1075, the differentially heat-treated blade with a very strong thorn. The entire handle is also over 1 "thick once assembled to fill out the user's hand much like an ax or hatchet handle would.

To celebrate 125 years of Opinel, the knife of the anniversary was born from a competition involving all the fans of the brand.
