Seki Magoroku
This type of traditional Japanese knives is produced by hundreds of years in similar forms. This series captivates thanks to its glossy and polished blade of high carbon steel with a hardness of about 58HRC. The handle is in Red Wood, a naturally rich in wood oils and therefore waterproof. The spike in polished propylene blends beautifully with the color of the wood. The Japanese name of this model is Deba, especially suited for the processing of the meat. Knife with asymmetric sharpening, not suitable for left-handers.

Proper care increases the life of the knife, making it easier and safer to work and reduces thread wear. A couple of tips:
- Please make sure you put the knives in the dishwasher to hit other objects to avoid damaging the blades.
- Knives guaranteed for dishwashers that are not immediately washed in the machine should be rinsed under running water to eliminate the remains of highly corrosive foods (fats, vinegar, fruit juices).
- Not sure if the knives have been more perfectly cut, corrected or sharpened by industry professionals.

The Wasabi series by Kai is the entry level line offered by the Kai Group (which currently also includes the Kershaw and Zero Tolerance brands), a famous Japanese manufacturer of knives and razors since the early 1900s. It is a series of knives and kitchen accessories suitable for professionals and enthusiasts that stands out for its excellent price/quality ratio. It offers stainless steel blades and ergonomic polypropylene handles with added Bamboo powder that are heat resistant up to 100°C and therefore dishwasher safe.
