Il recipiente robusto per preparare il tipico dolce di Pasqua, la colomba.
Forma morbida con due ali, una alta e una bassa. Il dolce fa parte della tradizione gastronomica di tutta l'Italia e le sue origini risalgono alla metà del VI secolo, durante l'assedio di Pavia da parte di re Alboino.
La storia recente invece e più realistica vede un'azienda di Milano, ai primi del Novecento, creare questo dolce, molto simile al panettone ma con la forma di una colomba che vola. Impasto morbido, soffice, lievitato con canditi, con glassa e mandorle per ricoprirlo. Il recipiente è in latta, robusta, resistente agli sbalzi termici e agli urti. Inoltre il calore viene diffuso su tutta la superficie uniformemente, per garantire una cottura omogenea.
Pulite gli stampi in latta con acqua tiepida e sapone.
Utilizzate un panno morbido per rimuovere i residui di cibo.
Non usate utensili metallici, potrebbero graffiare la superficie.
