Carl Schlieper Stahlwarenfabrik & Export was originally a trading company founded between 1754 and 1798 in Remscheid in Germany. Products included knives, tools and freehand razors. A branch of the company in Solingen was engaged in the production of knives including slipjoint, automatic knives, daggers, machetes, bowie, razors and kitchen knives.
