The Barbecue Set is the timeless companion of convivial and gluttonous moments.

Useful and effective, it consists of three utensils manufactured in France from quality local materials:

- The N°12 B folding knife: a new size of knife with a 16 cm stainless steel blade and a sturdy beech wood handle from French forests. It has a safety ring that allows the blade to be locked in the open or closed position. It also has a bottle opener at the end of the handle that allows you to open bottles but also hang the knife.

- The Spatula +: The stainless steel spatula with stonewashed finish fits on the handle of the No. 12 B knife and locks with the ferrule. Its large surface area (8.5 cm x 20 cm) allows you to scoop food quickly. It has a narrow angle and bevel on both sides for separating or scraping.

The XL Tong: The stainless steel tongs with stonewashed finish is 40 cm long for easy and safe handling. The asymmetrical head allows you to pick up large pieces with the wide serrated angle and smaller ones with the narrow angle. It also has a grate lifter slot on the heel.

This is a smaller version of Bo Randall's original knife, made in the Scagel knife style. 12.2 cm blade made of 4.5 mm thick stainless steel. It weighs about 168 grams and comes with a brown leather sheath.

Randall Made Knives' Model 11 is the original drop-point blade. Designed in 1952 by Alaskan guide Tommy Thompson it is designed for skinning large prey, has the tip lowered below the top of the blade to avoid cutting too deeply into skins when using the tip first.

Spectacular one-of-a-kind, specially made for Coltelleria Collini, reminiscent of primitive knives made of obsidian. The blade is masterfully handcrafted faceted and the handle is made of hand woven leather and leather.

The scabbard is made of thermoformed kydex to which soft, fine brown greased leather has been applied externally.

It is completed by the beautiful, entirely handcrafted wooden box with engraved Wander Tactical logos and runes, with the inner part that holds the knife made of handcrafted leather.

Designed specifically for the seven Mercury Program astronauts, the Model 17 accompanied these pioneers on the United States' first manned space flights. Astronaut Gordon Cooper contributed to the final design of this knife, making it not only a survival tool, but also a piece of history. The Jupiter folder represents the culmination of the evolution of the locking system already used on the well-known Radius and Saturn, compared to which it gains a new safety lock that allows the blade to inhibit rotation in both the open and closed positions.

The design takes up the salient features of the two previous models, managing to integrate even better the round element that houses the mechanics. The blade, devoted to maximum practicality, makes the Jupiter the ideal companion in both urban and woodland environments: the tip is sturdy, while the cutting edge has a smooth, steady curvature that is fully usable and easily resharpened.

The handle shines in ergonomics, featuring a wide recess for the index finger and generous space for the other fingers.

The "Lurisinca," a traditional knife from Luras in Gallura, owes its name to the Lurese term for a local woman, reflecting the feminine nature of the "razor blade" used. The Gallurese Razor Blade, a typical Sardinian knife resembling a point-less shaving razor, was essential in cork processing, especially for making "quadretti," precursors to cork stoppers. However, this practice has declined due to the economic crisis, forcing many craftsmen to close their shops. On December 9, 1942, during the Second World War, KA-BAR presented a knife to the United States Marine Corps hoping it would become the standard weapon. In collaboration with the Marine Supply Department, the project was revised, and production began on an improved combat and utility knife.

During the war, USMC KA-BAR knives gained such recognition for their quality and abundance that "KABAR" became the common name. It was adopted by the Marines, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, and Underwater Demolition Teams. Years later, many KA-BAR knives were reactivated in Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In 2019, KA-Bar partnered with Spartan Blades to form Pineland Cutlery. CEO John Stitt aimed to create a "KA-BAR" with improved strength, robustness, and corrosion resistance. During development, metallurgist Larrin Thomas identified CPM MagnaCut® steel with the desired qualities.

CPM MagnaCut® is a sintered high-carbon steel produced by Crucible Industries and specifically designed for blades. Spartan Blades developed the Spartan-KA-BAR using CNC machining, cryogenic treatment, and PVD coatings.

The Opinel N°10 with Corkscrew and Cap Lifter is a special variant of the famous Opinel N°10 knife, featuring a versatile blade and a beech wood handle. This additional version is designed to offer extra functionality.

The blade of the Opinel N°10 is made of high-quality stainless steel, which offers good durability and corrosion resistance. The clip-point shape of the blade makes it ideal for multiple uses, such as cutting, peeling or slicing.

In addition to the blade, this model has two additional tools built into the 'handle. The corkscrew is a curly metal protrusion that can be used to easily remove corks from wine bottles, making the knife also suitable for food and wine-related activities. Timeless engineering and lived history! Inspired by a true air classic, Boker Plus presents the P-51 Damast by Steve Kelly as a designer knife with exceptional character. Based on the North American P-51 Mustang, the knife mirrors the material, shape and color of the 1940s fighter plane, creating almost a replica of its historic model.

Some 15,800 examples of this low-wing aircraft were produced in various versions between 1940 and 1948, making it still one of the most built military aircraft in the world today. The P-51 D is the most widespread series, with just under 8,000 examples. The special features of the P-51 Mustang, whose "P" in the name stands for Pursuit, lay in its full-metal aerodynamic construction with characteristic flared pins, which in combination with the massive Packard Merlin V-1650 engine allowed a top speed of 700 km/h with an extraordinary range of up to 3,300 km. These achievements were considered revolutionary at the time and led to the air supremacy of the United States Army Air Forces during World War II.

It was not only the unmistakable lines of the P-51 Mustang that prompted Boker's development department to undertake this exciting project. The challenge was to transfer the design language and performance of the combat aircraft into a knife without compromising elegance and practicality.

The heart of the Boker Plus P-51 Damast is its distinctive 80-ply Damascus spearhead blade, forged by Chad Nichols in the United States and composed of original parts from the historic fighter plane. Viewed from the side, the blade has a number of visual reminiscences of the historic fighter-bomber. The thumb hole, for example, is reminiscent of the Plexiglas cockpit canopy, which allowed the pilot an ideal all-around view.

Another prominent feature is the titanium handle, which mimics the aircraft's studded light metal plates to the smallest detail. The blue blade axis screw, which bears the U.S. Army Silver Star, and the red anodized screws, which echo the color scheme of the tail rudder, stand out.

Extrema Ratio S-THIL STONE WASHED is a tactical backup knife with monolithic construction machined from a single piece of 5 mm thick BOHLER N690 steel, developed in collaboration with Thilo designer Arnd Schiller.

The blade, a spear point type, is hardened to 58 HRC in order to achieve the best balance of edge retention and strength, features a false counterbore at the top that enhances penetration and point work characteristics, and has a full-length groove (fuller) that flows elegantly from the blade to the handle. The blade is milled integrally to the knife to enhance its compactness and lightness, maintaining a minimal thickness while still having a profile reminiscent of the classic Extrema Ratio handle.

That profile goes to form two small guards and a comfortable thumb rest to prevent the hand from slipping towards the blade. On the end are a skull crusher with a diamond-shaped tip and a slot that allows a wrist strap to be attached to the knife or the handle to be fitted with paracord coiling.

The molded nylon sheath is designed to be extremely flat with very small side dimensions to make it as compact as possible. The design of the knife makes it ambidextrous, allowing it to be inserted into the sheath with the blade cutting edge to the right or left. The double retention system integral to the sheath consists of four pressure elements that work only two at a time, depending on right/left-handed use, while the nylon textile part has a button that allows the knife to be secured to the sheath.

The end of the sheath has a hole to expel liquids or debris inside. The ability to attach belt clip, ulticlip, malice clip makes it extremely versatile. You can also attach the sheath to the M.O.L.L.E. system by braiding the paracord.

This special edition in 250 pieces, proposed on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the brand, maintains the shape of the original, but with materials and finishes corresponding to the current production.

The K1 is equipped with a modified spear point profile blade, characterized by a tip that combines the 40° "tanto" profile with the more traditional European one, creating a sharp but very solid hybrid which, with the false false edge, makes it particularly effective in jab. The bevel is high, allowing for a very effective cutting angle.

The blade is immediately recognizable by the fenestration at the heel, which allows for considerable lightening without compromising its strength. It is made of Böhler N690 steel, with heat treatments that bring its hardness to 58 HRC for the best combination of edge hold and resistance. The finish is satin with flat grinding.

The handle, in anodized Anticorodal alloy, compared to the original presents the lightening on the sides that make the Extrema Ratio knives immediately distinguishable, but maintains the arched shape and the lateral "bellies" of the K1, offering an excellent grip both in the "saber" than in the "reverse" grip.

The terminal part of the handle curves to form a sort of hook which allows particularly easy and rapid extraction from the scabbard, while the tang protrudes from it with a triangular cusp which acts as a glass breaker with a slot which allows the knife to be equipped of lasso.

The leather scabbard faithfully reproduces the original while maintaining both the qualities of ease and speed of extraction. The carry can take place in an upside-down axillary position, horizontally on the belt or tactically on the thigh.

The K1 equipment is completed with a polypropylene case ‌, complete leather sheath and underarm shoulder strap.

Extrema Ratio S-THIL Black Warfare, a special version of the S-THIL model, is a backup knife with a monolithic structure machined from a single piece of 5 mm thick BOHLER N690 steel, developed in collaboration with the designer Thilo Arnd Schiller. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was built from 1935 onwards and, with a production of around 33,000 aircraft, is the most widely produced fighter aircraft in the history of aviation. Officially, the type designation Bf 109 was never changed, even after BFW was renamed Messerschmitt AG. However, since all aircraft types later developed by Messerschmitt were given the model abbreviation ME, the name ME 109 also became established in the public consciousness for the Bf 109. In the 1930s, it marked the step towards a new generation of low-wing fighter aircraft with a closed pilot's cockpit, retractable landing gear and an all-metal construction of wings and fuselage. This new structure withstood far greater loads than the fabric-covered tubular constructions that had been common up to then, which also had the disadvantage of immense air resistance due to the necessary transverse bracing. As a result, the Messerschmitt's more compact and stable design allowed higher speeds with tighter radii during the cornering and dive maneuvers so crucial to fighter pilots. The Bf 109 was armed with two 20 mm MG FF machine guns in the wings and two 7.92 mm MG 17 machine guns. The latter were mounted directly in front of the pilot and coupled via an interrupter gear to the propeller shaft of the 1,000 hp Daimler V12 engine. In this way it was possible for the MGs to fire through the circular path of the spinning propeller without the projectiles hitting the rotating propeller blades. The MGs were thus very close to the pilot's line of sight. The pilot's seat was steel-plated inside the fuselage area to protect it from enemy fire.

The steel we were able to obtain for our Damascus project came from an E-series Messerschmitt Bf 109 that was shot down by a Royal Airforce Supermarine Spitfire in 1940 during the Battle of Britain near the village of Ashford in the British county of Kent. The specific parts are the rear plate of the pilot's steel-plated seat and the bearing sleeve of the propeller shaft. These are forged by Chad Nichols into a high-carbon, high-cut 80-layer Damascus.

The Boker Plus ME 109 Damascus picks up numerous design elements of the legendary Messerschmitt. The opening at the back of the blade base has the unmistakable shape of the pilot's cockpit and is visible when the knife is closed and open. The folds in the sheet metal of the engine cowling as recesses for the barrel soul axles of the two MG 17s form the template for the schor at the tip of the blade. The flipper indicates a wheel of the retractable landing gear. For the front carbon fiber shell, the material Toxic Storm from the manufacturer Fatcarbon Materials was chosen in the colors green, black and yellow. The color scheme is based on the characteristic camouflage paint of the Bf 109 with greenish-gray undercoat and yellow front fuselage. The opposite side has a titanium framelock with an elaborately integrated carbide contact surface. A beautifully designed and elaborately integrated clip allows the Boker Plus ME 109 to be worn tip-up on the right. Supplied with a high-quality case for storage and a certificate of authenticity.
