Alox Limited Edition 2018 of the classic Victorinox Cadet, multi-purpose 9 functions with a length of 84 mm (closed). Red Raspberry Alox cheeks, made of anodized aluminum and then subjected to the Eloxal process which, using anodic oxidation, creates a protective layer able to preserve from damage and corrosion.

The program of the Alox Limited Edition involves the construction of three models (Classic, Cadet and Pioneer) with anodized aluminum grips in different colors, different each year: the latter will be shown on the same grips.

The knife is presented in an elegant cardboard box.

The handles: made of synthetic material and joined with a triple riveting ensure a perfect seal, excellent stability and guarantee dishwashing.
Blades: they are obtained using the best steels and combining the most qualified elements (chrome 15% - 0,5% carbon - molybdenum - vanadium).
The realization of a WUSTHOF forged knife foresees the passage of about 40 processing cycles.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance extends the life of the knife, makes work easier and safer and reduces the consumption of the wire. Some advices:

- Take care that knives placed in the dishwasher bite other objects; it could damage the blades.

- Knives guaranteed for dishwashers that are not immediately washed in the machine should be rinsed under the water tap to remove the remains of highly corrosive foods (fats, vinegar, fruit juices).

- Make sure that the knives no longer cut perfectly, that they are grinded or sharpened by professionals in the sector.

The WUSTHOF knives sold by us are carefully checked and, if necessary, further sharpened in our in-house laboratory, in order to guarantee you the certainty of an excellent purchase.

Hasami Japan - Kamisori razor traditional Japanese

The Kamisori is the traditional straight razor Japanese, characterized by a thick blade symmetric hand forged with the handle. The Kamisori use steel Yasuki Steel produced by Hitachi, extremely hard and with excellent cutting properties. The handle, in perfect Japanese tradition, is coated with a weave rattan which increases the grip during use.

The Kamisori addition to being an excellent tool for cutting, lends itself well to be collected due to its rarity in the market and thanks to the charm that this traditional Japanese instrument transmits.
