this Laguiole en Aubrac® sommelier made from recycled mussel shells in transparent resin is handcrafted by the famous factory located in the area of origin: Laguiole en Aubrac  Considered a benchmark among professional sommeliers and wine lovers, thanks to its balance and curved ergonomics it holds particularly well in the hand, guiding the opening becomes child's play. L'incisione scrimshaw ha alle spalle una lunga tradizione. Le sue origini si possono trovare nella cultura degli Inuit. Sono ossa incise o zanne di mammiferi marini (denti di tricheco e osso di balena), ma anche corna di renna. A tale scopo, graffiato il materiale con un ago rigido da ossa di pesce. Si ritiene generalmente che essi sono stati ispirati da pitture rupestri.
