How does it work?
Once the product or products to be engraved are inserted in the cart, fill in the fields required in this product sheet and proceed with the purchase. Remember that if you have a product engraved, you cannot choose the cash on delivery method
How and what can I affect?
- we can laser engrave; an abbreviation, a name, a date, a text, a company logo, an image, a coat of arms
- types of fonts or images that can be engraved; we have the possibility to engrave hundreds of different characters, italics or block letters, lowercase or uppercase. Logos and vector images can be sent in almost all formats, .png, .jpg, .ai, .plt etc ... if there are problems of resolution or conversion to vector format, we will contact you.
Where can I engrave?
- we can affect; kitchen knives, collection, hunting, for sports use, multipurpose knives and pliers, sommelier sabers, steel kitchen accessories, pans, coffee makers, led torches, swords, katanas, wooden gouges, scissors, cutters, water bottles in steel or aluminum
- how materials we can engrave; all types of steel (carbon, stainless, damask, rolled, etc ...), all types of surface treatments (DLC, GanKote, burnishing, Teflon coating, etc ...), aluminum, titanium, ceramic
- where we record; unless there are specific customer indications, we engrave the object in a position and in a dimension that is as proportionate, legible and elegant as possible.
How can I pay for the engraving?
- all the products for which the engraving service is requested can only be paid in advance (bank transfer, credit card, paypal), the cash on delivery will not be accepted.
What are the waiting times?
- for engravings that do not require complex graphic work, the engraved products will be shipped keeping our normal delivery time of 24/48 hours
How much does the engraving cost?
- the cost of engraving can vary from 10/15 euros for acronyms, dates, words, texts, to 30 euros for customized logos that require complex graphic work. If the price should be different from that paid at the time of the order, you will still be contacted by phone or by message for an update of the quote and for your subsequent confirmation of continuation or modification of the order.
