High quality chromium-molybdenum knife steel X55CrMo14 - offers rust resistance, edge retention and reliability. The 13 cm blade length ensures a great cutting experience -The professional blade from Giesser. The Soft-Touch surface offers unique slip resistance. The secret lies in a special mixing ratio of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and the antibacterial Sanitised Silver finish.
Dishwasher-safe. The PrimeLine boning knife has a narrow, very sharp blade and a curved underside. Removing bones or end skins from meat and poultry is child's play. The blade steel is hardened to 56-57 HRC in a special vacuum chamber process. Several grinding processes ensure sharpness.
Heating (1050°) and nitrogen cooling in several stages ensure special durability. Giesser has been producing professional knives for the food industry and gastronomy since 1776.
