Higonokami - Kanekoma HIGO SanMai 75mm - brass - pocket knife Japan
Details
Charming knife used by the Japanese farmer.
As is typical of many agricultural implements, this Japanese knife is extremely simple but is the result of a centuries-old improvement that has found the difficult balance between form and function, and between cost and benefit.
The main characteristic is certainly the quality of the blade, in fact it uses a San Mai steel with three layers of which the one in the middle is very hard.
It has a razor wire, as is appropriate for a tool designed to cut and not just to be exposed in display cases.
