Extrema Ratio Misericordia Black Warfare is a version in a limited series of only 500 pieces that preserves intact all the features of the famous Misericordia model adopted by the 4th Alpine Parachute Regiment, which helped develop and test the product and chose it for its unique characteristics that make it particularly suitable for ambush combat.

The blade is milled from Böhler N690 steel, hardened to 58 HRC for the best balance of edge retention and strength, is 118mm long, 4mm thick, and has a flat edge. The weight of the knife is just 87g. It has a spear-point profile, with a full-length shank that makes it even lighter, features ¾-length false counter-wire, and has a Black Warfare finish, with the innovative and original Extrema Ratio Geotech Camo pattern, made by laser engraving.

The handle retains the unmistakable Extrema Ratio ergonomic profile, and is made of fiberglass-filled nylon to ensure absolute robustness in all conditions, even in the heaviest of uses. The distinctive ring on the bottom of the grip aids hand grip by allowing the soldier a greater and firmer lunge, exponentially increasing the combat potential of the Misericordia.

The Kydex scabbard offers belt-clip, ulti-clip and malice-clip attachment options. In addition, it is possible to attach the scabbard to the M.O.L.L.E. system by braiding the paracord lanyard. The Misericordia Black Warfare comes in an IP67-certified watertight Polypropylene technical case, with pressurization valve, weatherproof, dustproof and shockproof, inside of which is also the Kydex sheath, double UTLICLIP, double-grit sharpening plate (ceramic abrasive and synthetic diamond) and metal plaque with the progressive number of the limited series.

Japanese steel blends with Italian excellence

For this 2022 collaboration, between the Collini Cutlery of Busto Arsizio and the Fox of Maniago, we have decided to propose the 103MB Outdoor model designed by Reichart Markus. Only 18 exclusive pieces of this excellent bushcraft knife produced by Fox of Maniago were made, using for this edition the Japanese V-Toku2 steel in Sanmai 5mm produced by the Japanese Takefu Steel instead of the Niolox used in the series model.

Specifically, we used V-Toku2 carbonaceous at 62 / 63HRC for the central plate and SUS410 stainless steel for the two external plates, in order to guarantee, in addition to a beautiful aesthetic effect, a very high cutting capacity, penetration and sealing of the wire together with an ease of re-sharpening and maintenance. At the same time the blade has a remarkable resistance to corrosion and an important increase in resilience given by the type of external steel and by the laminated structure.

Reventon knife, no longer in production for years and limited to 2000 pieces, withdrawn from a private collection globally in excellent condition - Complete with everything, plastic box and certificates. Checked and certified by our internal laboratory.

Extrema Ratio was chosen by Automobili Lamborghini to produce the Reventón Folder, an emergency knife, belt cutter and glass breaker, designed by the Lamborghini Style Center, which becomes the official equipment of each of the 20 Reventón produced, the most exclusive supercar of the House of Bull.

The "Reventón Folder" is an accessory of the highest functional and aesthetic level, clearly in line with the philosophy of the car built with concepts and technologies directly borrowed from the most advanced aviation industry.

The knife is produced in a limited edition of 2,000 pieces, the first twenty equip the Reventón, the other 1980 pieces will be available for collectors.

The Extrema Ratio Misericordia was adopted by the 4th Alpine Paratroopers Regiment which helped develop and test the product. It is a tactical fixed blade knife, extremely light and compact, it can be used both as a main knife or as a backup blade.

The blade is made of Böhler N690 steel, heat-treated to a hardness of 58 HRc, it is 118 mm long, 4mm thick and has a flat edge.

The profile is of the spear point type, with a full length fuller which makes the blade even lighter and with a false counter-thread at ¾ length. The blade is available with the classic Extrema Ratio MIL-C-13924 black finish.

The handle in fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) features the classic Extrema Ratio recesses that make the grip safer and is fixed to the tang by means of a through screw.

On the rear end the handle flows connecting with a large ring, which allows the use of martial arts techniques and ensures a very solid grip to the hand, equipped with a "skull crusher" appendix in hard metal.

The overall weight of the knife is just 87g. Being a knife designed for professional use, much attention has been paid to ease of port, accessibility and extraction in case of need. The knife is secured to the sheath by a quick-release safety catch that can be easily reversed for use by left-handers.

The sheath is made of highly resistant Nylon, it is very versatile and two adjustable loops allow it to be fixed inside the loops of M.O.L.L.E.

The sheath is equipped with a conical invitation to facilitate the re-insertion of the knife while a simple pressure on the trigger safety allows it to be extracted quickly and instinctively.

In collaboration with Tactical Wander we decided to bring them light utility, the Lynx model, in an exclusive satin-blade version that uses the famous Japanese Steel San Mai produced by Takefu Steel. Specifically, we used, for the central plate, the CoS to 61,5HRC (Cobalt Special, considered mechanically superior by 25% compared to the already much appreciated VG10) and 420J2 (56 HRC) for the two side plates in order to ensure high cutting capacity, but at the same time a remarkable resistance to abrasion, resilience and resistance to oxidation.

HISTORICAL SUMS ON THE DEPARTMENT:
The 185 ° RAO of the '' Folgore '' is a department with an ancient tradition, but very new. In fact, it was born on April 3, 2000 following the reconfiguration of the 185th terrestrial paratroop artillery regiment. Based in Livorno, it is an atypical department of the artillery weapon, currently inserted in the Special Forces basin.

Entirely composed of voluntary personnel, the 185th RAO selects its components through the passing of a physical test and a qualification course on modules '' with increasing difficulty ''. The tasks entrusted to the RAO's men are many, but all very delicate: it is about gathering information on enemy objectives and 'passing them' to one's command. More generally, it can talk about '' recognition in sensitive areas ''. RAO paratroopers are specialists in '' infiltration and exfiltration '' techniques and are able to move in the operating area '' for up to 8-10 days without external supplies ''.
