The unique, carefully selected ash wood handle features a functional grip bead and a 2.5 mm thick black blade made of recycled Swedish stainless steel, providing strength and stability with every cut. Thanks to the design of the blade and handle, the knife is well balanced and specially developed for precision work. The black PC coating creates a balanced contrast between the bright ash wood and the polished edge of the blade.
