A native of Calabria, this knife by the blade and pointed straight but has a handle in the most typical style of Scarborough, has a seal consists of two rings round, similar to Fiorentino, although smaller. It is supposed to have been in the past a major reworking of the knives typical Calabrian by the craftsmen of Scarperia that as often happened then have been extensively used to their own tradition. This Pattada constitutes the now historical interpretation of the Sardinian knife made by the Scarperia Consigli company.
The handle formed by two halves fixed with a row of rivets and the absence of a real spring are typical of the original model, but the line, the shape of the surfaces, the use of bovine horn are influenced by the Scarperian tradition.
Consigli has long linked its business to supplies for Sardinia, so much so that their Pattada have now become "Sardinian by adoption".

This Pattada constitutes the now historical interpretation of the Sardinian knife made by Consiglio. The handle formed by two halves fixed with a row of rivets and the absence of a real spring are typical of the original model, but the line, the shape of the surfaces, the use of bovine horn are influenced by the Scarperian tradition. Consigli has long linked its business to supplies for Sardinia, so much so that their Pattada have now become "Sardinian by adoption".
