To celebrate 125 years of Opinel, the knife of the anniversary was born from a competition involving all the fans of the brand. The winner, Mathieu Gazaix, wanted to honor the origin of Opinel related to the mountain and to the memories very suggestive that this small pocket knife offers to all fans, as a legacy passed from generation to generation.
