To celebrate Pohl Force's 15th anniversary, the popular Bravo One and Two Gen. 1 folding knife models are being reissued with a few minor updates.

From the very beginning, their compact size and shape made them ideal companions for everyday use. And that has not changed to this day. Like the Alpha Two X, on the occasion of the company's 10th anniversary, with the original handle design from the first generation. The Japanese steel manufacturer Hitachi's ATS-34, which is the counterpart to the American 154CM steel, was one of the most popular steels of the time. For almost a decade, ATS-34 steel remained the first choice of custom knife manufacturers, before powder metallurgy steel took off in the 2000s. To mark the company's anniversary, Dietmar Pohl was able to obtain 'his' steel again in a very limited quantity and use it for the Classic Edition of the Bravo One / Two. The highly corrosion-resistant ATS-34 impresses with its exceptional sharpness and high edge retention.

Developed as the Ground Forces Combat & General Purpose Weapon, the multi-purpose knife was designed for the U.S. Marine Corps in the early 1950s. Although it was never officially introduced, it clearly demonstrated its capabilities in the Vietnam War, especially in the hands of American special forces. Almost 70 years after its first design, the modern Pohl Force interpretation of this classic represents the perfect fusion of old-school classic design and modern high-tech production.

Designer Dietmar Pohl has revised the design of the Quebec One and expanded the knife's range of functions. The blade of the new Quebec Two is now made of D2 steel instead of Sleipner, which brings higher levels of carbon and chromium, thus significantly improving cut and corrosion resistance. In addition, Dietmar Pohl has once again optimized the blade of the classic. The new version now has a 10 mm longer cutting edge and a secondary edge on the back.

In addition, the Pohl Force Prepper System has been integrated into the handle of the Quebec Two to safely store survival items inside the handle. A tool to open the handle screws is included. With the new Compact models, designer Dietmar Pohl has developed a series of extremely robust and very compact knives for everyday use.

The focus is on the massive, classic Bowie blade of the Compact One, which is 88 millimeters long and designed to be enormously solid with a thickness of 6 mm. The well-known D2 tool steel was chosen for the blade's high cutting strength and resilience. The surface of the blade has a tactical, non-reflective TiNi titanium nitriding coating that provides excellent protection against external corrosives.

The reduced handle design is the basis for the knife's very compact size. The pleasantly rounded tang and cleverly designed finger recesses, in combination with the G-10 handle grips, which are also CNC milled, provide a good, secure grip. Distinctive grooves in the front area of the grip serve as an index finger and thumb rest.

With the Pohl Force MK-8 and MK-9 knives at its side, the legendary Rambo series (1982-2019), which like no other has made the knife the most important part of its equipment on the big screen, comes to an end.

The Pohl Force LAST BLOOD® CNC² Edition MK-9 is a perfectly designed knife in the eye-catching Spear Point style that looks like a modern, tactical tool in the unmistakable Pohl design.

Only strong and high quality materials are used for its manufacturing: the stainless steel 90Cr18MoV (440C) hardened at 57/58HRC gives the 23cm long and 6mm thick blade a high corrosion resistance and an excellent edge retention. The full tang construction is topped with a micarta handle that ends in an aesthetic element that can be used as a striking tool.

The micarta machining gives the handle a distinctive look with three-dimensional millings, and the handle and blade are visually connected by a CNC-milled guard machined from a solid block of stainless steel. A subhilt on the underside of the handle provides maximum control in handling the blade giving the MK-9 a distinctive look. It is completed by the ever-present knotted camouflage paracord lanyard that distinguishes all Pohl Force productions and matches exactly the same paracord used in the filming of the movie.

The knife comes with a high quality thermoformed Kydex® sheath with belt loop and thigh stopper and is sold with a certificate of manufacture, a 3D Velcro patch, a care and cleaning cloth and a Nylon Zip bag with Pohl Force logos.

Each knife is numbered on both the blade and certificate.
