Knife collected from a private collection in like new condition with original box - Knife made in 2017 by the famous Japanese knifemaker Takeshi Saji - The knife is supplied together with the sheath made by Saji, with an additional sheath made by the Italian cutler Simone Tonolli. Il kiridashi è uno strumento a metà tra un coltello e un taglierino dai molteplici utilizzi. La particolarità del Kiridashi è data dalla bisellatura asimmetrica: uno solo dei due lati è affilato mentre l'altro resta piatto.
