Loose screw? Far from it, because the Magnum Skruva (Swedish: screw) literally has a firm grip on everything. This is mainly due to the solid pivot screw, which forms the resting point for the ball-bearing 440A drop-point blade.

An attractive ricasso and discreet satin finish complete the visual appearance of the blade, while jimpings on the spine of the blade provide additional safety during tough cutting jobs.

The knife opens with the pinball machine; the liner lock closes the blade intuitively and reliably.

The handle is linear and ergonomic with non-slip cheeks made of light and textured G10, which guarantees an optimal grip even in the most adverse conditions.

Based on the Skeksis, fantastical creatures that mix characteristics of the bird of prey, reptile and dragon, this Magnum model is presented as an eccentric pocket knife with exceptional value for money. A myth in the knife world is that out there somewhere there is a steel with high cutting capabilities that cannot rust.

A Japanese foundry recently turned this myth into reality with the introduction of a steel called H1. H1 is a PH steel, which is a precipitation-processed, hard-rolled alloy with no heat treatment and 0.1 percent nitrogen that acts like carbon in the steel matrix but does not react with chlorine to create rust.

Surprisingly, it maintains a sharp edge comparable to that of the higher quality knife steels used in the industry by most knife manufacturers.

The Spartan-Ronin Shōtō is a folding karambit knife with a liner lock. This blade is the result of a collaborative effort between Spartan Blades and TU Lam of Ronin Tactics, our former Special Forces colleague and dear friend.

Having worked throughout Asia and in Indonesia, both Tu Lam and Spartan hold a great respect for the Karambit style. This blade was designed to be incorporated into various martial arts systems.

Ferrum Rescue has a slim and compact shape, the two anodized anticorodal aluminum grips make up a light, slender and at the same time very resistant handle. It can be housed in a breast pocket, in small flashlight holsters or inside a single loop of the M.O.L.L.E. system. On the back there is also a hard metal glass breaker.

Equipped with a flipper assisted opening system, the blade rotates on ball bearings which allow a smooth and uncertain movement of the blade. Bowie knives originated in the United States in the early 19th century and were considered reliable work knives, even occasionally used in combat. Typical of these fixed knives is the massive blade, with a characteristic design, usually more than 15 cm long and with a guard to protect the hand.

These sickle-shaped knives originated in Southeast Asia and were preferably used for harvesting rice. In contrast, the Karambit from Boker Plus comes in a tactical guise. The 154CM Hawkbill blade effortlessly slices its way through cardboard and ropes, while the G10 handle and sturdy linerlock provide the necessary safety on the job.
