A handmade Laguiole en Aubrac knife made by a master craftsman from the region of origin of Laguiole. Extremely precise in its manufacture, it is decorated with the shepherd's cross on the handle. This cross allowed those who left during the long months of the transhumance to say their prayers once the knife was stuck in the bread.
