The Wüsthof Ikon sausage knife 14 cm is, as the name might already suggest, perfect for cutting sausage. Thanks to the serrated blade you can easily cut the hard outside of a sausage. However, this knife is also great for cutting tomatoes, baguettes, melon or squash.
