Bowie knives originated in the United States in the early 19th century and were considered reliable work knives, even occasionally used in combat. Typical of these fixed knives is the massive blade, with a characteristic design, usually more than 15 cm long and with a guard to protect the hand.

As a variant suitable for everyday use, the Chuck Gedraitis Boker Plus Pocket Bowie combines the fascination of the Bowie knife with the flexibility and compactness of a pocket knife. Equipped with a satin-finished Bowie blade made of D2, the three-finger knife easily copes with all day-to-day tasks.

The knife opens via the pull-out thumb stud, while the stainless steel linerlock reliably locks the blade in place.

The ergonomic handle with brown Burlap micarta scales promises a secure grip and gives the knife a touch of the Wild West.

The clip is beautifully integrated into the rear handle and allows tip-up carrying.

Whether in the home hearth, hunting lodge, garden, forestry maintenance, scout camp or bushcraft camp, the axe, one of mankind's oldest tools, is still an indispensable item for many activities. Some outdoor enthusiasts even prefer the axe to the knife.

Boker Plus Appalachian axes feature a Rhine-shaped axe head made of 1055 carbon steel, a choice that represents an above-average carbon content and material standard even for quality axes. The universal blade thickness is suitable for both felling and splitting. The lower tip (heel) of the 10.7-cm-long cutting edge can be used as a turning point for wood pieces. The steel is protected from rust by a protective lacquer. A versatile weight of 600g was chosen for the heads of both axes. The best American long-fiber walnut, far superior to European ash for breaking elasticity and impact resistance, was used for the handles. The handles are attached to the head with wooden wedge and steel sleeve. The two models Appalachian Big and Appalchian Small differ in the length of the handles.

Nahuel means jaguar in the Mapuche language, the indigenous people of Argentina and Chile. Boker Arbolito's new folding knife design is equally robust and elegant. The main feature of this handle with linerlock block is the presence of light Guyacan ebony on both sides.

The great success of the Boker M4 Sherman Damascus, due not only to the history of the historic Damascus steel but also to the design, prompted us to use this as the basis for a performing and pleasant EDC with a titanium framelock, which, despite the metallurgy of the blade powders, also carries a real piece of M4 Sherman Damascus.

For the blade of the Sherman EDC we used Magnacut for the first time, which is not without reason celebrated as a "miracle steel". Unlike the usually used tool steels, this steel was specially developed for the production of knives. The three desirable properties of a steel - edge retention, toughness and resistance to rust (stainless in the DIN category) - represent a conflict of goals. To make the steel resistant to rust, the addition of chromium is necessary, which makes the structure coarse, brittle and prone to fracture under normal conditions. The high hardness, which has a positive influence on the cutting life, is usually achieved at the expense of toughness. With Magnacut, despite the high chromium content of 10.7% and an impressive hardenability of over 62HRC, it was possible to achieve a very fine microstructure and thus a high toughness and shock load tolerance. The addition of nitrogen plays a central role here.

The central structural difference compared to the M4 Damascus model is the elegantly integrated flipper, which allows the blade to open smoothly with a small impulse.

A special highlight of the Boker Sherman EDC is the protruding Damascus backspacer, which is equipped with a lanyard hole in an elongated slot design. The Damascus of the backspacer was forged from various materials from Chad Nichols' M4 Sherman tank production in the Customized Ladder pattern and resembles the tank tracks left in the ground by the heavy chains of the M4 Sherman.

This special edition in 250 pieces, proposed on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the brand, maintains the shape of the original, but with materials and finishes corresponding to the current production.

The K1 is equipped with a modified spear point profile blade, characterized by a tip that combines the 40° "tanto" profile with the more traditional European one, creating a sharp but very solid hybrid which, with the false false edge, makes it particularly effective in jab. The bevel is high, allowing for a very effective cutting angle.

The blade is immediately recognizable by the fenestration at the heel, which allows for considerable lightening without compromising its strength. It is made of Böhler N690 steel, with heat treatments that bring its hardness to 58 HRC for the best combination of edge hold and resistance. The finish is satin with flat grinding.

The handle, in anodized Anticorodal alloy, compared to the original presents the lightening on the sides that make the Extrema Ratio knives immediately distinguishable, but maintains the arched shape and the lateral "bellies" of the K1, offering an excellent grip both in the "saber" than in the "reverse" grip.

The terminal part of the handle curves to form a sort of hook which allows particularly easy and rapid extraction from the scabbard, while the tang protrudes from it with a triangular cusp which acts as a glass breaker with a slot which allows the knife to be equipped of lasso.

The leather scabbard faithfully reproduces the original while maintaining both the qualities of ease and speed of extraction. The carry can take place in an upside-down axillary position, horizontally on the belt or tactically on the thigh.

The K1 equipment is completed with a polypropylene case ‌, complete leather sheath and underarm shoulder strap.

Extrema Ratio S-THIL Black Warfare, a special version of the S-THIL model, is a backup knife with a monolithic structure machined from a single piece of 5 mm thick BOHLER N690 steel, developed in collaboration with the designer Thilo Arnd Schiller. The spear point type blade is hardened to 58 HRC in order to obtain the best balance between edge retention and strength, has a false edge in the upper part which enhances the characteristics of penetration and tip work, and is equipped with a Full length furrow flowing elegantly from blade to grip.

The blade is milled integrally with the knife to enhance its compactness and lightness, maintaining a minimum thickness even with a profile that recalls the classic Extrema Ratio handle. This profile forms two small guards and a comfortable thumb rest in order to prevent the hand from slipping towards the blade. On the end there is a skull crusher with a diamond-shaped tip and a slot that allows you to attach a wrist strap to the knife or to equip the handle with paracord winding.

The special Black Warfare version uses the innovative and original Geotech Camo pattern, created by laser engraving. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was built from 1935 onwards and, with a production of around 33,000 aircraft, is the most widely produced fighter aircraft in the history of aviation. Officially, the type designation Bf 109 was never changed, even after BFW was renamed Messerschmitt AG. However, since all aircraft types later developed by Messerschmitt were given the model abbreviation ME, the name ME 109 also became established in the public consciousness for the Bf 109. In the 1930s, it marked the step towards a new generation of low-wing fighter aircraft with a closed pilot's cockpit, retractable landing gear and an all-metal construction of wings and fuselage. This new structure withstood far greater loads than the fabric-covered tubular constructions that had been common up to then, which also had the disadvantage of immense air resistance due to the necessary transverse bracing. As a result, the Messerschmitt's more compact and stable design allowed higher speeds with tighter radii during the cornering and dive maneuvers so crucial to fighter pilots. The Bf 109 was armed with two 20 mm MG FF machine guns in the wings and two 7.92 mm MG 17 machine guns. The steel we were able to obtain for our Damascus project came from an E-series Messerschmitt Bf 109 that was shot down by a Royal Airforce Supermarine Spitfire in 1940 during the Battle of Britain near the village of Ashford in the British county of Kent. The specific parts are the rear plate of the pilot's steel-plated seat and the bearing sleeve of the propeller shaft. These are forged by Chad Nichols into a high-carbon, high-cut 80-layer Damascus.

The Boker Plus ME 109 Damascus picks up numerous design elements of the legendary Messerschmitt. The opening at the back of the blade base has the unmistakable shape of the pilot's cockpit and is visible when the knife is closed and open. The folds in the sheet metal of the engine cowling as recesses for the barrel soul axles of the two MG 17s form the template for the schor at the tip of the blade. The flipper indicates a wheel of the retractable landing gear. For the front carbon fiber shell, the material Toxic Storm from the manufacturer Fatcarbon Materials was chosen in the colors green, black and yellow. The color scheme is based on the characteristic camouflage paint of the Bf 109 with greenish-gray undercoat and yellow front fuselage. The opposite side has a titanium framelock with an elaborately integrated carbide contact surface. The M3 is a small-sized fixed blade knife, useful in any field activity and easily transportable.

The M3 comes with a satin finish Niolox steel blade. The detachable grips are available in Micarta.

The M3 is equipped with a handle machined with 3D milling machines to achieve optimal ergonomics. Added to this is the surface texture that makes the grip firmer. The handle screws are in stainless steel with Torx T8 tightening system.

The M3 is sold together with the Cordura sheath for the version with Micarta handle.
