Ingredients for 4 people : 500 grams of flour 12 grams of yeast 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 dl water 1 dl milk salt Preparing Tigelle: 1-Sift the flour, make the fountain, in the middle put the yeast dissolved in a little warm water, add the oil, salt, milk and the remaining water.
