Tool cutter for tigelle, wooden handle and serrated blade movable stainless steel cm. 8.6.

Ingredients for 4 people :
500 grams of flour
12 grams of yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 dl water
1 dl milk
salt
Preparing Tigelle:
1-Sift the flour, make the fountain, in the middle put the yeast dissolved in a little warm water, add the oil, salt, milk and the remaining water. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then cover with a clean cloth and let rise for about 1 hour in a warm place, then knead it for a short while and let rise again for 30 minutes.
2-Then roll out the dough to the thickness of 5 mm, cut out some discs with a diameter of 8 cm with this tool and let them rise for 30 minutes.
3-Reheat on both sides of the special tool for tigelle, recline a diskette at a time and cook for 2-3 min. on both sides.
Consumatele still hot and stuffed with ham and cheese.
