The Spartan-Ronin Shōtō is a folding karambit knife with a liner lock. This blade is the result of a collaborative effort between Spartan Blades and TU Lam of Ronin Tactics, our former Special Forces colleague and dear friend.

Having worked throughout Asia and in Indonesia, both Tu Lam and Spartan hold a great respect for the Karambit style. This blade was designed to be incorporated into various martial arts systems.

Our company this year reaches the milestone of 61 candles, and in the 60s and 70s our company made the classic multipurpose knife with handles in nylon, wood buffalo horn and deer horn. Today, this knife still has the DNA of its ancestors: inspiration, functionality and reliability.

The Dovo “Inversion” 244 9505 is Dovo’s top class shears for the lefties, with a razor sharp and hollow ground blade cutting edge as well as a convex blade profile. The “Inversion” has the famed Dovo “Micro Motion” PTFE-enabled spring-loaded pressure plate to hold the center screw, which gives a more responsive feel to the scissoring action and a certain ease to starting and finishing the scissor action. The convex blade surfaces are what really sets the Inversion apart from the rest of the Dovo line of lefty scissors. Convex blade faces allows precise ‘slice cuts’, where one points the scissor to the ground and opens the scissor but doesn’t actually move the blades-instead relying upon the blades’ exceptionally thin and sharp cutting edges to trim the hair which points to the ceiling. Just a smooth thrust of throttle with your hand/arm from ceiling to floor at sharp, low angles to the hair allows thinning by carving. "Old Bear ™" (*) is our new and exclusive folding knife line featuring simple and ergonomic lines. It marks and celebrates the 90th anniversary of our company (1925-2015), and intentionally Involves production process engaging in high levels of manual production, skilled and experienced manufacture.

The knife handle is aged in oil-treated walnut wood, while its blade is in stainless steel and stone is sharpened by skilled and qualified craftsman 'hands.
The "Old Bear ™" knife comes without no-return spring meaning its blade locking system features a solid safety ring (covered by patent n.1187282 deposited in the year 1985 by Todesco company from Maniago Which is active partners of this project) That fixed the handle in open and closed positions.
Currently "Old Bear ™" knife line is available in two sizes: M (19 cm - 7½ ") and L (cm.21 - 8¼") as above analitically presented.

The knife blade comes with our salt-etched "Old Bear ™" and logo into a single fashionable and personalized paper box together with a new "old-style" cardboard display box with 12 little boxes plus 1 open knife.

 This traditional dough rising basket allows bread dough to rise, gives your loaves support, preventing it from spreading out during the final rise and gives a pretty spiral pattern. The dough rising basket is also known as bannetons or brotforms. The natural rattan cane basket is easy to use. Knead the dough according to the recipe. Place the pre-shaped loaf, bottom-up in the rising basket that has been dusted with plenty of flour, cover with a cloth and leave to rise. Then tip out loaf onto a greased tray and bake. Tap out and clean basket with a brush. You can use the residual heat of the oven to dry the basket (ax. 100° C).
