It is powered by 2 CR123A batteries (included) with a maximum autonomy of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Both switches can perform the same functions to provide ambidextrous light activation. Press and hold one of the power buttons to access momentary tactical ignition, short press one of the power buttons to access constant power and triple press one of the power buttons for STROBE mode, which uses randomly changing frequencies for stronger dizzying effects.

There is the standard Picatinny rail mount for quick mounting and compatible with firearms with universal Picatinny rails. Electronic reverse polarity protection ensures safe and stable use. Built-in ATR technology adjusts the NPL30's output based on working conditions and environment to maintain optimum performance.
