Michel Bras, world famous chef, is a true example of how to turn food into language. Let's take a step back. Bras' life has always been in the kitchen. This particular construction gives the blade - compared to the two steels that make it, individually taken - greater resistance to oxidation, higher surface hardness (up to 61.5HRC), 25% more than cutting capacity, 25% more than the wire hold capacity and 25% more resilience making the blade more robust and less subject to breakage.

Thanks to this latest steel, Takefu Steel has been rewarded on Japanese territory for research and development and innovation in the cutting-edge landscape.
