Praline 2 colori con pinoli, mele e uvetta. Ingredienti (per 4 persone) Per i cioccolatini: 100 g cioccolato bianco, 100 g cioccolato fondente 70% Per la farcia dei cioccolatini: 60 g crema di pinoli tostati, 20 g pinoli cristallizzati, 60 g salsa di uvetta, 50 g mela caramellata tagliata in piccoli pezzi, 60 g frolla sbriciolata. Preparazione: temperare il cioccolato bianco. Riempire gli stampi e porli in frigorifero. Una volta induriti riempire fino a 3/4 gli stampi per metà con crema di pinoli e pezzi di pinoli cristallizzati e l’altra metà di frolla sbriciolata. Riporre nuovamente in frigorifero per un’ora. Nel frattempo temperare il cioccolato fondente. Farcire metà dei cioccolatini di cioccolato fondente con la mela caramellata e metà con la salsa di uvetta.
