With the new Compact models, designer Dietmar Pohl has developed a series of extremely robust and very compact knives for everyday use.
The focus is on the massive classic Drop Point blade of the Compact Two, which is 86 millimeters long and designed to be enormously solid with a thickness of 6 mm. The well-known D2 tool steel was chosen for the blade's high cutting strength and resilience. The stonewashed finish creates a scratch-resistant surface and also increases the blade's resistance to corrosion.
The reduced handle design is the basis for the knife's very compact size. The nicely rounded tang and expertly designed finger recesses, in combination with the G-10 handle grips, which are also CNC milled, provide a good, secure grip. Distinctive grooves in the front area of the grip serve as an index finger and thumb rest.
The Compact Two SW is equipped with a robust, high-quality Kydex sheath in FDE (Flat Dark Earth) color. The Tac-Clip belt adapter, which can be mounted in various positions, allows flexible and safe carrying.
