    Il principio della cottura a vapore nella ROMERTOPF continua ad entusiasmare grazie ai piatti inconfondibilmente gustosi e sani e all'uso facilissimo. Le basse temperature di cottura mantengono aroma, vitamine e minerali. Non occorre aggiungere grassi, quindi si evitano calorie, basta preparare gli ingredienti, e la ROMERTOPF si occupa della cottura, tutta da sola e senza alcun controllo, e voi guadagnate tempo per altre cose. Il piatto riesce sempre, non si brucia niente, non vi è pericolo che qualcosa fuoriesca ed il forno rimane sempre bello pulito. La preparazione di alimenti in una pentola di terracotta non è un'invenzione moderna, ma risale a migliaia di anni, quando il cibo in una pentola di coccio è stato messo nelle ceneri ardenti di un fuoco. La pentola in Argilla è comunemente utilizzato in diverse cucine in Europa e Sud-Est e Asia orientale. In Giappone usano il Donabe , in India il Chatti, nelle Filippine il Palayok, e in Marocco il Tagine . Prima di ogni utilizzo, la pentola in argilla smaltata e coperchio sono immersi in acqua per dieci o quindici minuti. Dopo il cibo viene messo nella pentola, coperta con il coperchio e collocato in un forno freddo. Il cibo è cotto a fuoco alto e alla fine i risultati sono meravigliosi.     To preserve the quality of the nonstick and the utensil it is necessary to:
    1. when first used, carefully wash the pan with ceramic interior, evenly grease the interior with a little oil and dry it with household paper or a soft cloth;
    2. use the diameter of the heat source most suitable for the size of the product, avoiding overflow;
    3. center the pan with ceramic interior on the heat source;
    4. always cook at a moderate temperature, do not overheat the frying pan at no load;
    5. do not char fatty foods;
    6. lift the utensil on the glass-ceramic plate, avoiding sliding it on the plate;
    7. never leave the food cooking unsupervised;
    8. let the pan with ceramic interior cool down before washing it, immersion in cold water may cause irreparable deformation and ruin the performance of the ceramic surface;
    9. do not use metal utensils, only plastic or wooden utensils;
    10. avoid keeping food for a long time inside the pan with ceramic interior(especially if acidic such as tomato-based ones);
    11. do not use abrasive powders and/or straws to wash the pan; just use hot water and a minimal amount of mild detergent;
