5 - Return Policy



It's not a problem to change your mind, you may return your brand new and unused item in its fully original packaging within 14 days.

The exception is about customized, laser-engraved, modified items at the direct request of the customerour, personal care products such as razors, strops, shave brushes and nail nippers (some of these are hygienically sealed and we will take them back only if they are unopened or defective).

You may change the product or have a refund. A full refund of the item will be given, howeve, shipping and handling costs and costs back to us will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

Please, contact our customer service by mail before sending back any items. Note that we may request for you to send us picture of damaged or defective merchandise.
