A cheese knife with his swiss design for swiss cheese: the cheese knife is forged in Emmental and the finisching takes place in Biel – in the sknife knife manufactory. The cheese knife has a blade made of nitrided surgical steel that makes it extremely corrosion resistant. The handle of the cheese knife is made of stabilized noble walnut wood and therefore it is very water-repellent. Due to the optimized design the cheese knife is a delight in the hand. The cheese knife is delivered in a wooden box.
