Details
Like all the ancient elven blades, Sting magically shines with a blue light in the presence of Orcs nearby; Gollum, who hates everything that has been done by the Elves (because of the intrinsic charge of purity that Elven objects absorb from their creators), is afraid of Sting.
This has helped Bilbo in his confrontation with Gollum under the mountain in The Hobbit and, later, also Frodo thanks to the terror that the blade inspired to Gollum, has managed to tame it (temporarily) in The Lord of the Rings.
Sting has the ability to easily cut spider webs since it was probably created for this need by its creators of Gondolin, at that time there were in fact numerous spiders for the woods around it and it was therefore more convenient to have a sword or dagger to use rather than a big sword. This blade is of absolute terror for Shelob and all spiders in general grown in the darkness.
This finely detailed replica is a 1: 1 scale reproduction of the sword used for filming the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.

Total length: 57cm.
