Wusthof presents the magnificent Gourmet Chinese Chef's Knife with an 18 cm blade.
This knife possesses the shape of a cleaver but, in fact, it is not suitable for slicing bones, but rather for cutting and chopping herbs and vegetables. In fact, this knife allows you to chop food very quickly, and thanks to the wide blade, it will then be easy to introduce them directly into the pots. It is not recommended for use on very hard foods: for example, coconut.
Wusthof Gourmet Collection: more than 35 blade steps, reduced product weight, and bilious ergonomics are the main features of these designer knives. With Gourmet knives, every cut becomes a true sensory experience.
