Progettati e realizzati per resistere ad un uso estremo, gli Zero Tolerance utilizzano acciai e materiali come l'S35VN, 20CV, ELMAX, 204XP per le lame e G10, titanio e fibra di carbonio per le impugnature. Tutti gli Zero Tolerance sono costruiti interamente a Tualatin, nell'Oregon USA.
