Five steps to make a quality product.

No less than five careful, time-consuming and expensive processing steps are required to make Alexander handcrafted products from rod steel: -

from glowing bars of stainless steel

drop coining

shearing of the profile and interior -roughening and bending

tempering

To the above steps are added the normal finishing operations ( mirroring, handle machining). Knife blades are sharp as they are hand sharpened.
