    Emmanuele Forcone Pastry World Champion 2015 Art with chocolate and sugar is a passion for me, almost to the point of being a disorder - I would say. Eventually, chocolate has more business-related implications, but also the sugar processing has been growing much recently and gives me great satisfaction.     "Orsetto soffice al marzapane"
    Ingredienti:
    180 g di burro
    180 g di zucchero
    5 uova
    260 g di farina
    80 g farina di mais
    1 limone ( buccia e secco)
    1 bustina di lievito
    2 pizzichi di sale

    Procedimento:
    In una ciotola montare a crema il burro con lo zucchero e la scorza grattugiata del limone, poi unire un uovo alla volta. Setacciare sul composto le farine con il lievito e il sale e infine unire il succco di limone. Versare il composto nello stampo Sweety Bear munito di Safe Ring, livellare la superfice e infornare a 180°C per circa 45 minuti. Verificare che il dolce sia cotto infilando uno stuzzichino nell'impasto in cottura. Se risulta asciutto il dolce è cotto.
    Lasciar raffreddare e infine sformare la torta.
