    180 g butter

    180 g sugar

    5 eggs

    260 g flour

    80 g corn flour

    1 lemon (zest and juice)

    1 packet of baking powder

    2 pinches of salt

    Directions: In a bowl, cream the butter with the sugar and the grated lemon zest, then add one egg at a time. Sift the flours with the baking powder and the salt onto the mixture and finally add the lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the Sweety Bear mold equipped with Safe Ring, level the surface, and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Check that the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the baking dough. If it comes out dry, the cake is cooked. Let it cool down and then unmold the cake.
