Usage Tips

To get the best performance from the soap, it is recommended to pour a veil of boiling water over the surface and leave it on for a few minutes. Next, use a previously soaked badger brush. After squeezing the brush, pour the remaining water between the tuft hairs and start charging for about 20-30 seconds. Finally, whip the lather directly onto the face or into a bowl without adding additional water.

Argan oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the argan plant, native to Morocco. It is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidant compounds, making it an ideal shaving product.

Our shaving soap with argan oil is perfect for all men who want to have a comfortable shave and healthy skin, and is therefore suitable for dry and irritable skin.

A gourmand oriental scent in which myrrh blends with the sweet notes of vanilla and tonka bean to create an enveloping and seductive fragrance. It opens with sweet citrus notes of magnolia, sweet orange, almond and bergamot and then continues with woody oriental notes of myrrh, cashmere wood, benzoin, patchouli and guaiac wood. The composition closes with delicate notes of white musk, tonka bean, vanilla, ambergris, and cedarwood.

A 100% vegetable after shave with active ingredients in a particularly rich formulation, designed to enhance the post shave comfort in synergy with the matching 70th anniversary shaving soap. Special Edition Shaving Soap for Cosmoprof 2016 international fair. Cosmo shaving soap represents our latest evolution in the Beta formulations and a big step towards slickness and post shave properties enhancement, hence the definition “beta 4.2”. The renewed formulation, different from the previous ones we made, and the addition of larch extract (Genus Larix Extract), provide an excellent post shave and an overall amazing shave experience. The larch extract is also able to reduce the trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), thus helping those skin types that tend to dryness. We also added a new vegetal compound, based on castor oil, that gives a lubricating action and helps the razor mechanical action.

Special Edition Shaving Soap made to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Saponificio Varesino.

This shaving soap is different from the previous three we made (Aromatic Fern, Dolomiti, Manna di Sicilia), since the raw materials have been measured and balanced in a very different way.

In addition to the previous formulation “Beta 4.0”, that has been reworked, we added the butter of illipe, which prevents skin dryness giving long lasting hydration and bringing back its original elasticity. We added Macadamia oil, known to have a natural sun protection factor (SPF). In addition to protecting the skin from the sun, it moisturises and protects.

A specially designed formulation to ensure extremely comfortable shaves and a fabulous post shave .

All the above characteristics are the explanation of the name Beta 4.1
