Craftsmanship is beautiful because it is varied

The colours of the materials from which the handicrafts are made may vary from those shown in the pictures.

Horn, wood and cornotech are raw materials that by their nature have a marked variability from one supply to another: that's the beauty of fine materials. Add craftsmanship, where the craftsman's hand never makes the same gesture: that's the beauty of fine workmanship. Combine all this and you have a product that is always different and unique. And always different from that unique and unrepeatable product that, necessarily, we have to photograph if we want you to understand what we are talking about and what we are offering you.

  13. Conaz Consigli Scarperia - Pattada Brotzu knife ram horn - 53035 - 17cm - knife

This Pattada constitutes the now historical interpretation of the Sardinian knife made by Consiglio. The handle formed by two halves fixed with a row of rivets and the absence of a real spring are typical of the original model, but the line, the shape of the surfaces, the use of ram's horn are affected by the Scarperian tradition. Consigli has long linked its business to supplies for Sardinia, so much so that their Pattada have now become "Sardinian by adoption".

Craftsmanship is beautiful because it is varied

The colors of the materials with which the handmade products are made may vary from those shown in the images.

Horn, wood and cornotech are raw materials that by their nature have a marked variability from one supply to another: it is the beauty of quality materials. Add craftsmanship, where the craftsman's hand never makes the same gesture: it's the beauty of craftsmanship. Combine all this and you will always have a different and unique product. The craftsmanship is beautiful because it is varied

The colors of the materials with which the handicrafts are made may vary from those shown in the images.
Horn, wood and cornotech are raw materials that by their nature have a marked variability from one supply to another: this is the beauty of quality materials. Add the craftsmanship, where the hand of the craftsman never performs the same gesture: it is the beauty of craftsmanship. Combine all this and you will have a product that is always different and unique. It is always different from that unique and unrepeatable product that we must necessarily photograph if we want to make you understand what we are talking about and what we are offering you.

  47. Conaz Consigli Scarperia - Mozzetta light ox horn 50034 - knife

This knife owes its name to the blunt tip which is absolutely missing as if the blade had been cut off.
Pointless knives became much more widespread with the "Giolitti law" of 1908 which fixed the length of the blade of pointed knives at only four centimeters.
For mozzette, the limit rose to ten centimeters, offering the possibility of safely carrying a knife of sufficient size in your pocket without risking the rigors of the law.

  48. Conaz Consigli Scarperia - Pattada Brotzu knife bovine horn 22cm - 53142 - knife

This Pattada constitutes the now historical interpretation of the Sardinian knife made by the Scarperia Consigli company.
The handle formed by two halves fixed with a row of rivets and the absence of a real spring are typical of the original model, but the line, the shape of the surfaces, the use of bovine horn are influenced by the Scarperian tradition.
Consigli has long linked its business to supplies for Sardinia, so much so that their Pattada have now become "Sardinian by adoption".
