Speed 2 is used for solid food and large quantities. Speed 1 is used for small quantities, e.g. if the liquid does not completely pass the 4-tooth protective dome, and with frothy compounds such as whipped cream.
When whipping with Bamix® you have to slowly swirl your wrist, lifting it slightly and letting it fall back on the mixture. There is no need to crush or beat. The grain size depends on the time of use. ASSEMBLY Place the Bamix® on the bottom of the glass and, holding it at a slight angle, lift it up along the wall of the container. When the mixture no longer increases in volume, place it back on the bottom and repeat until the desired consistency is reached.
Slightly tilt the Bamix® into the mixture to be mixed, turn it on and rotate very slowly. The blade will do its job, so no force is needed. Switch off the Bamix® before removing it from the food to avoid splashes.
