Museum Replicas Windlass - Complete armor of Augusta - 300508 - 205 cm - handcrafted
Founded in 15 BC during the reign of Emperor Augustus, Augusta competed with other German cities for the title of the oldest city in Germany. The old part of the historic center is considered the third largest in Germany, after Hamburg and Cologne.
The imperial city of Augsburg was renowned for its armor makers, which included the Helmschmied family and the master gunsmith Lorenz. The Helmschmied of Augsburg, Germany, were one of the most important late medieval European families of armorari / gunsmiths. Their name, sometimes also spelled Helmschmid, translates to "blacksmith helmet". The most important members of the family were Lorenz Helmschmied (active in 1467, died in 1515), Kolman Helmschmied (1471-1532) and Desiderio Helmschmied (1513-1579)
This armor is reconstructed on a model of the sixteenth century, manufactured by this illustrious foundry. Although it is made not to be worn, it retains all the aesthetic beauty and characteristics of full armor.
Handcrafted from 18 gauge mild steel and crafted by the artisans at Windlass Steelcrafts, this armor comes with a museum quality heavy wood pedestal base, decorative waist skirt, and wooden inner shape.

Museum Replicas Windlass - Lorica Segmentata300176 - armatura romana - abbigliamento
Marto - Ivanhoe's sword - 539 - historical sword
The sword of Ivanhoe, disinherited and exiled by his father Cedric the Saxon for swearing love to Lady Rowena.
The story narrated takes place in England in the year 1194, at the time of King Richard the Lionheart and the Crusades, in conjunction with the controversies that divide the Saxons and the Normans.
The Knight Wilfred of Ivanhoe, son of the Saxon noble Cedric, loves, in return, the young lady Rowena. Cedric contrasts the love between the two, as he has already politically decided to marry Rowena to Athelstane with the aim of returning after a long time, a Saxon lineage to the throne and tries to remove Ivanhoe, friend of the Norman king Riccardo Cuor of Leone.
The young man thus participates in the crusades, following Riccardo. John the Landless in the absence of his brother illegally appropriates the throne. Upon returning from the Crusades, Ivanhoe participates in a tournament in which he manages to win against all the champions affiliated with the usurper. The defeat weighs on the pride of the Norman nobility who will make him prisoner with his father Cedric, Rowena and Athelstane. King Richard with the help of Locksley (Robin Hood), will be able to free them, so that Ivanhoe will be able to marry Lady Rowena.
In some parts of the novel, the way in which hatred and envy are manifested towards Isaac of York and his daughter Rebecca, this denotes the anti-Semitism already present in the period under consideration, far in advance of what it happened in the last century of the twentieth century. Museum Replicas Windlass - Damascus Viking Sword 500262 - Viking sword
Although iron was a tougher material than bronze it would frequently bend. Damascus, or pattern welded steel, was used to make the blade strong enough to withstand the rigors of combat. Early Viking swords were forged from layers of iron interwoven with strands of steel to produce a very tough sword. This sword is based on an original circa 850-900 AD sword discovered in Finland. The Damascus Viking Sword is made of high carbon Damascus steel. The blade is polished with the fuller acid etched to bring out the beautiful Damascus pattern. The pommel and crossguard are made of solid steel and the grip is leather wrapped wood. Includes a matching wood scabbard with a black leather covering and steel mounts. A very nice example of a true Viking sword.

Marto - Giulio Cesare's Gladio - Limited Edition - AC0300 - historical sword
Julius Caesar, Gaius Julious Caesar (101 b.C. – 44 b.C.) was the greatest soldier and political leader of ancient Roma.
During his lifetime the frontiers of the empire were pushed forward and secured; Rome was transformed from a republic into a government with a single ruler, and Caesar was its first dictator. He wrote some of the finest works of history in Latin, describing the campaigns he fought in Gaul and the Civil Wars; he was an architect, a mathematician, and one of the ancient’s world orators.
There is no doubt that Caesar was ambitious and that he enjoyed the great power placed in his hands. It is said that he wished to be crowned king. This was the reason that the conspirators led by Cassius and Brutus gave for his murder: Caesar has become too powerful and danger for the survival of the Republic.LIMITED EDITION

Forgotten Realms - Drizzt Do' Urden - Twinkle Sword - spada fantasy

Marto - Antique effect Celtic Dagger - Dagger historical
Marto - Antique effect Celtic Dagger - Dagger historical
A peculiar characteristic of Celtic swords was the handle in the form of "X", otherwise known as anthropomorphic handle. The arms of the X constituted the lower limbs (wrapped around the "strength" of the blade) and higher than a human male whose head stood in the spot usually occupied by the knob. In the oldest specimens (sixth century BC), the anthropomorphic shape was very strong, with the "arms" of the man-handle raised in a praying position, almost forming a trident.
