Five steps to make a quality product.
Five careful, time-consuming and expensive processing steps are required to make Alexander's handcrafted products from rod steel:
forged from stainless steel hot rods
hot-burning -profile and interior grinding
roughing and bending
tempering
In addition to the above steps, there are the normal finishing operations (mirroring, handle machining). Knife blades are sharpened by hand.
