Cutting a whole pizza into smaller pieces can sometimes be a challenge if the corresponding kitchen tool or knife is blunt. This cannot happen with the new professional pizza cutter from Microplane. The free-running stainless steel blade is as razor-sharp as you would expect from the US company's graters. The large, stable wheel with its double-sided blade made of high-quality stainless steel glides like a hot knife through butter without moving the topping. The ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle sits comfortably in the hand of both right and left-handers and transfers the power optimally. Thanks to the special design of the professional pizza cutter, the power is transferred optimally so that it glides over the dough as if by itself. A finger guard between the handle and the razor-sharp blade provides additional safety and prevents injuries when cutting and contact with the hot pizza and also aids handling, as the fingers can rest comfortably when holding the handle and gliding over the pizza dough.

The cover supplied not only protects the blade from damage, but also makes the professional pizza cutter a versatile kitchen helper, as it can also be used as a dough roller. How does that work?
