Professional Clippers for Dogs and Cats: Precise, Safe, and Durable Grooming

Effective and safe grooming always starts with the right tool. Whether for veterinary use, breeding, professional grooming, or advanced home care, the quality of the clipper directly affects the animal's comfort, cutting precision, and durability over time.

For over 50 years, Coltelleria Collini has been a reference point in Italy for the professional Pet Care sector as well. We offer one of the most complete selections of clippers for dogs and cats, replacement blades, scissors, and accessories, choosing exclusively leading brands recognized at the veterinary and international levels.

Professional Clippers

Powerful, quiet, and low-vibration machines, designed not to stress the animal and ensure workflow continuity. Available in corded models for intensive use and cordless battery models for maximum freedom of movement.

Reference brands: Aesculap and Heiniger (for veterinary and professional use), Oster, Moser, and Wahl for breeders and demanding private users.

Replacement Heads and Blades

The heart of clipping is the blade head. We have a wide range of original and compatible blades, including the widespread A5 Snap-On system. High-quality tempered steels to maintain sharpness even on hard, matted, or particularly dirty coats.

Pet Clipper FAQ

Are the blades universal?

Many professional clippers use the A5 Snap-On attachment (Oster A5, Moser Max45, Andis AGC, Heiniger Saphir, Aesculap Favorita). This allows for high compatibility between different brands. Always check compatibility in the product description.

Why does the blade heat up during use?

Heating is normal due to metal-on-metal friction. To reduce it: 1) clean and oil the blade every 10–15 minutes; 2) use cooling sprays; 3) clip only on clean and dry coats. Dirt and sand accelerate edge wear.
