The Birkmann Bread Buddies perforated baking pan for 4 bread rolls is designed to easily prepare homemade bread rolls with a regular shape and crispy crust. The individual compartments support the dough during proofing and baking, helping maintain an even shape and preventing the rolls from spreading. It is suitable for wheat, wholemeal and rye bread rolls, as well as sweet and savoury recipes.

Made of perforated carbon steel, the pan ensures even heat distribution and allows excess moisture to escape through the special perforated structure. This helps achieve evenly baked rolls with a golden surface and a pleasantly crispy crust. The high-quality non-stick coating makes releasing the rolls easier and reduces the need for baking paper or greasing. The sturdy PFOA-free construction withstands temperatures up to 230 °C.

Designed for everyday home baking, the Birkmann Bread Buddies pan makes preparing fresh bread rolls simple and practical. To preserve the non-stick coating, hand washing is recommended. The product is not dishwasher safe and is not suitable for preparations containing particularly acidic ingredients. The package includes a QR code with a dedicated recipe.
