Marcato Otello Limited Edition celebrates the history of homemade pasta and is inspired by the first manual pasta machine designed by Otello Marcato in 1930.The shapes of the original design are reinterpreted with contemporary materials and finishes, creating an accessory that combines tradition and aesthetic appeal.
The machine features a structure in champagne-colored aluminum combined with elements in solid walnut wood.The combination of materials enhances the character of the Limited Edition and recalls the look of the first Marcato pasta machines.
The regulator allows you to choose between 7 positions, providing the same number of pasta sheet thicknesses. The included rollers also allow you to prepare fettuccine and tagliolini, expanding the possibilities for making fresh homemade pasta.
