The GreenPan Copenhagen frying pan belongs to the top range of the GreenPan brand, a specialist in non-stick cookware without PTFE and PFOA. Designed to offer high performance and healthier cooking, it combines minimalist design with advanced technology.

Made with an aluminium body and stainless steel handle, the Copenhagen series stands out for its efficient design that provides up to 25% more cooking surface compared to other pans of the same size.

The Thermolon Infinity Pro non-stick coating, reinforced with diamonds, is created through the high-temperature fusion of sand, resulting in a durable surface that does not absorb odours or flavours. It also allows cooking with less oil or butter.

The induction base with Magneto™ technology ensures excellent heat distribution and optimal performance on all heat sources, including induction. The pan is also oven safe up to 220°C.
