Bread cut is designed for foods that have a resistant outer surface and a soft interior. The shape of the blade allows you to engrave the bread crust, or even the peel of the tomato or citrus fruit, precisely by exerting the minimum pressure necessary to avoid crushing.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
REMOVABLE KNIFE
Gastronom knives can be disassembled into three parts, blade, handle and tang.
Thorough cleaning of the components may be appropriate both periodically and occasionally, after having treated fatty or particularly odorous foods.
Disassembly is easy and safe, with due precautions.
SHARPENING
Gastronom knives are hand-sharpened by highly specialized personnel.
The sharpening process ends with the manual finishing of the merino wool roller which guarantees a long life of the line.
