Giannini Gastrolux Roasting Pan is designed for preparing roasts, meat, fish and other dishes directly on the stovetop or in the oven.

Its structure promotes even heat distribution, while the non-stick coating makes cooking and cleaning easier.

The 9 mm thick base contributes to heat distribution and heat retention. This model has a base that is not suitable for induction and is compatible with gas, glass-ceramic, halogen and electric stovetops, as well as the oven.
The shape of the roasting pan is suitable for cooking roasts and dishes that require space for arranging the food. It can be used on the stovetop for the initial preparation and then transferred to the oven. The Deluxe tempered glass lid allows the preparation to be covered during cooking and is oven resistant up to 260 °C.
