The Fox Spora mushroom picking knife was designed specifically to handle the delicate nature of mushroom stems, thereby making the harvesting process easier.

With its specially designed blade, it allows for a precise cut of the stems without damaging the mycelium—the delicate, root-like fibers from which a new mushroom can grow. Additionally, the retractable brush makes it easy to clean debris from the mushroom before storing it.

The attractive design and carrying clip make the knife practical and always ready for use during mushroom foraging trips.

Being a model without return spring, the fixing of the blade to the handle is ensured by a solid brass safety ring equipped with a special locking device (covered by patent no.1187282, still filed in 1985 by Todesco di Maniago, an active partner. of this project) which can be activated both in the open and closed positions.
