The No. 08 Champignon model is available in a black walnut version for an elegant and refined mushroom-picking experience.

This classic Opinel features a comfortable black walnut handle, accented with an orange Alcantara cord. It features an 8 cm curved stainless steel blade to facilitate harvesting, with a scraper on the back for cleaning mushrooms.

The natural bristle brush integrated at the end of the handle allows for easy dusting: the ideal tool for efficient and thorough harvesting.

This pocket knife comes in an elegant wooden case with a plexiglass window.

Blade length :4 cm Stainless steel We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.

Blade hardness 57-58 HRC Safety ring Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N° 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport).
