Inforna a 180° per 15 minuti. Sfornali e lasciali raffreddare. Per la decorazione: monta la Ghiaccia Reale ottenendo una consistenza fluida (circa 25 g di acqua fredda per 100 g di preparato), quindi utilizza una sac à poche con un cornetto 1M per decorare i cupcakes. Utilizza i Wrappers ed i Picks tematici per abbellire i cupcakes e rifiniscili con Perline o altre decorazioni in zucchero.
